The graphic below is an artist's depiction of phase 2 of The Renaissance Project. The main work of this phase is the expansion of the existing single story Quad to include a second floor. When fully completed the second floor will house 2 science labs, 7 classrooms, and additional administrative office space.
The name "Quad" comes from term quadrangle, referring to shape of the existing building and the former main classroom structure destroyed by Typhoon Omar in August 1992. Below is the basic floor plan of the second floor expansion of the current Quad.
