The Father Duenas Memorial School Navy JROTC program aims to instill in all its cadets the ever-essential core values of honor, courage, commitment, and good citizenship.

    
Our NJROTC Unit highly encourages and greatly emphasizes SERVICE given to the community. From cleanups to parades to colorguard, the Phoenix Company is always willing to lend a helping hand. The cadets of this program voluntarily participate in the events tasked upon the unit throughout the year. Our Unit also teaches LEADERSHIP. Every year new cadets are provided instruction and given the chance to demonstrate newly accuired leadership skills within the unit.  These new cadets will eventually grow into JROTC Offiicers and will be leading Phoenix Company's various Drill Teams.
