  • The Father Duenas Memorial School Navy JROTC program aims to instill in all its cadets the ever-essential core values of honor, courage, and commitment.

    Our NJROTC Unit highly encourages and emphasizes SERVICE given to the community. From cleanups to parades to color guard, the Phoenix Company is always willing to lend a helping hand. The cadets of this program voluntarily participate in the events tasked upon the unit throughout the year by the school or community, being a heavily active stident. Many of our cadets through service have recieved honors, whether it be recognition, trainings, or national competition. Our Unit also teaches LEADERSHIP. Every year, new cadets are provided instruction and given the chance to demonstrate newly acquired skills and leadership. These new cadets will eventually grow into the Officers leading Phoenix Company's prestige.
