Thanksgiving Food Drive

Each year, students of Father Dueñas Memorial School participate in their own annual thanksgiving can food drive where they are encouraged to donate any non-perishable food items. The students happily give with some students donating more than just canned foods such as pastries, soups, and household items.

The students believes that the gift of giving should not be limited to the holiday season and have used the success of this food drive to continue this giving spirit.

Consequently, the students have started applying a monthly food drive that will continue throughout the school year.


The Thanksgiving food donations were given to Deacon Frank Tenorio of Kamalen Karidat. For many years, Deacon Tenorio has overseen the operations of Kamalen Karidat that provides meals to the hungry. Fortes in Fide.
