SY15-16 1st Quarter Sports

Interested students who are interested in playing first quarter sports please take note of the following:

1. FD practices for football, golf, and cross country start July 14, 2014 at 4:30 pm.

2. Items needed before receiving clearances from the office are: updated physical, IIAAG participation agreement form, and drug test results.

3. Students must be registered with the school. For more info, Call 734-3832. Visit fatherduenas.com for forms.

If the forms are not turned in by July 13th, 2015; without the proper forms turned in you will be ineligble to play any first quarter sports.
