FD School-wide Mass &amp; BBQ

November 24, the Father Duenas student body and faculty celebrated thanksgiving Mass in the Phoenix Center. This Mass marks our 2nd Quarter. The beginning of the Mass was quite special as we had National Honor Society Senior inductions. Congratulations to Storm Manglonia, Bryan Ho, Frank and Joe Lujan, Gyles Valencia, Jerry Mcmurry, Johnny Rosario and Leone Shimizu for all the hard work. Father Richard Kidd presided over Mass and announced his relocation of his office on the Father Duenas campus. His homily focused on the giving season and encouraged us all to “think outside the box” and not focus on “quick and easy” giving. At the end of the Mass Stuco gave appreciation to the hard work and dedication the maintenance staff by giving each of them their own turkey for their thanksgiving.
