Entrance Exam (Prospective Students)

Applicants are asked to check in at the Quad no later than 8:30 a.m. Testing will begin promptly at 9:00 a.m. and end at approximately 12:30 p.m. Within this time, there will be two short breaks between sections for the applicants to relax. There are three sections for the entrance test:

• Mathematics:  A 40 minute math section that covers topics from basic arithmetic to algebra 2. Students are not expected to know all the problems.
• Reasoning: This 40 minute section checks students' abilities to find relationships between items and compute math mentally. 
• Reading: The reading section tests vocabulary, syntactic similarities, paragraph reading, and sequence sequencing.
