Joint Region Marianas Change of Command Ceremony

Navy Rear Admiral "Bette" Bolivar, Joint Region Marianas outgoing Commander, gave her special farewell speech and presentation about her time and experiences here on Guam as the JRM Commander.

Rear Adm. Bolivar's speech offered inspiration and hope to those who had worked with and she will miss the island of Guam and those whom she worked with side by side. Rear Adm. Shoshana Chatfield will relieve Rear Adm. Babette “Bette” Bolivar.
