Guam Welcomes Coadjutor Archbishop Byrnes

Coadjutor Archbishop Michael Byrnes held a press conference  and spoke briefly about his mission here on Guam, took questions from media representatives and made himself available to speak to those interested in the new and much needed change in our Archdiocese.

Archbishop Byrnes told the press and those present that "he is not the one here to heal the pain" he goes on to say, "but I know the one who can...Its Jesus." He explains that it is not just the idea of Jesus in heaven, but the Jesus that is in us.  Archbishop further expressed that, "it is through our effort in exercising the various gifts that we share that can bring back unity in the Church. 

We have much to look forward to in our Catholic community through Archbishop Byrnes' and the new local clergy leadership on Guam.
