TOYS FOR TOTS: The Guam Chamber of Commerce, along with Marine Corps Activity Guam, awarded the top three schools that collected the most toys this past Christmas season.
Father Duenas Memorial High School edged out eight other schools that participated in the Annual Toys for Tots High School Challenge, which ran from November to mid-December.
Father Duenas received $1,000 on Monday. The high schools collectively contributed close to 2,000 toys for the 2017 program. Notre Dame High School received $500 for winning second place; and Simon Sanchez High School was awarded $200 for third place.
