Cross Country Meet (FD vs. Sanchez)

On Monday, September 12, 2016, our cross country team raced against Simon Sanchez High School at Simon Sanchez. Sanchez took the win with a score of 39/20. All the runners from both teams poured their hearts out to make the race both challenging and entertaining for all the supporters who came out to cheer them on. The course proved to be challenging with big holes and hills but the runners pulled through to maintain their pace and focus on finishing. Thankfully no one was hurt at this race considering how slippery it was. Our FD cross country team is hoping to go into their next meet with heads held high and spirits guiding them to try their hardest.
