Academic Challenge Bowl

Academic Challenge Bowl is an extracurricular academic program that teaches and utilizes academic knowledge through a buzzer-based question-and-answer format. Seasonal competitions are held every semester of the school year against both public and fellow private schools. FDMS takes great pride in our academic challenge bowl team, being one of the fiercest and most committed competitors on the island. 

In this club, we aspire to grow as capable and knowledgeable leaders both in and out of school. Although achieving better academic knowledge is at the forefront of our goals, we also inspire our members to take the initiative when answering fast-paced questions to develop the necessary social and confidence skills for your future.

• Encourage learning and educational growth through fun and competitive trivia games.
• Develop timing and social skills through inspiring confidence to answer questions and take a risk both in and out of the classroom.
• Demonstrate a commitment to FDMS values and teachings through good sportsmanship, integrity, and fairness.
