The FD Administration has been forwarded the following information, by the Department of Public Works, regarding the bussing of your son after school.
On Friday, December 2, 2016, will be the last day to use the Agana Shopping Center parking lot. Effective December 5, 2016 the new school bus exchange parking will be located between the Chamorro village and the Paseo Stadium.
To the parents dropping off students please utilize the big open parking lot (beach side) or in front of the Chamorro Village, so there are no cars passing between the buses to ensure the safety for your child.
Students can use the concrete huts for shelter, until they are picked up, and are able to use the restrooms located in the Chamorro Village.
As a courtesy to the Chamorro Village for allowing us to use their location, please ensure that your son observes a few rules for the new drop-off exchange location:
1.) Students are not allowed to enter the wooden huts or go into the water by the boat basin.
2.) Please remind your child to dispose of their trash properly by using the trash bins around the Chamorro Village.
3.) Please ensure to pick-up your child at the drop-off exchange area no later than 4:00 PM. There will not be adequate student supervision after they have been received at the Chamorro Village.
A map for the designated drop-off area will be sent to FD and I will post it on our website and it will be sent out in a special announcement.
If there are any question please feel free to contact Mr. Franklin Taitano at: 646-3208/3166.
